Justice or manipulation and control?

The Justice in Romania has continued to represent the main problem in the eyes of the European Union.
Ordinary people are the ones to benefit of a real and fair Justice; unfortunately the Justice remains a controversial minister within the Romanian government.
The ones in power have not been able to understand that democracy implies a fair and real Justice, for them the Justice remains an object of control and manipulation which guaranties their position at the top of the pyramid.
Romania is the only EU country where the president fights the prime minister for power and supremacy, and the winner will be the one who will be able to control and manipulate the Justice.
Who will be the winner of this war?
The political apartness of the new minister of Justice will be the one to answer this question.
